A friend and I are looking to run some coop; however, we cannot actually connect. We keep getting an "error: game session is no longer avaliable." If anyone has some guidance on how we can fix this, it would be greatly appreciated.

We had it working about a year ago, no clue how we did it or if something has changed since then.

Also, we were interested in experimenting with a plutonium connection as a potential fix. Is that allowed? Or would Hammachi be allowed?

You must still have the bug where steam keys would not have allowed you to connect to coop servers; it isn’t official but I would allow Plutonium.

I appreciate the quick response; it's amazing to be able to get out of work to hear good news. We will try a couple of fixes now that we actually know what could be causing the problem. After that, we will attempt to use Hammachi/plutonium. Once again, thank you!

waw coop just kinda sucks on PC like that sometimes. For all of our coop runs we used Hammachi 2p 3p 4p, i would just use Hammachi as a baseline for doing coop on pc
