Added the Japanese version of hot dog as its own category, as it has an extra step. It is under the hot dog level, where it's now separated between USA/EU, Japanese, and Blindfolded!

We have now separated 5, 10, and 20 recipes into New Game (NG) and New Game+ (NG+) to add some more variety. Have fun!

Added all gold medals medals learderboard for those crazy enough. Also added a leaderboard for every recipe in the game for people to compete in. Hope it can attract new runenrs! :)
