I have a question. In Hardcore difficulty, there is an option to "try again." However, attempting to retry during the tutorial, for example, skips the entire tutorial sequence and prompts you to input the code, even though you are still in the guide section. So my Question is, is it okay to use this try again option for the Hardcore categorie or is it not allowed?
“Hardcore”, like “Easy”, are divided into 2 subcategories: “skip the tutorial”, “don’t skip the tutorial”. You can use a checkpoint at the beginning of the race, but then your race will be counted as "Hardcore" - "Skip". If you do not use the checkpoint at the beginning, then your race will be counted as “Hardcore” - “No skip”.
The problem with that idea is that if I start a run on easy mode, complete the tutorial, and then decide to switch to hardcore mode, I can completely skip the tutorial by default. That's why my question arose, because theoretically, you're not skipping the tutorial area with the "try again" option it just skips the conversation cutscenes of the game. But i see the point that both of this option would be skips.
