This has been a long time coming. RTA timing has been discontinued as the main timing method for full game runs. Loadless timing (LRT) is the new default and standard for full game runs in the Any%, 100%, and Minigame categories.

Over 100 runs have had their load times manually removed from their submissions by moderators. This includes all top 10 runs on every category, and any run that is beneath the video proof threshold. If a run that meets the threshold doesn't have a loadless time, it is because the video is missing, and will fall back to RTA time. Some placements on the board have shifted up or down as part of this change, but all the world records are unaffected.

This conversion is currently only complete for the main leaderboard. Category extensions will follow suit in due time.

As such, it is now highly advised to use Tyfuzzle's auto splitter, for continued full game runs. You can activate it directly from the Splits Editor in LiveSplit if you set the game name to "Cars". From there, you can click the Settings button to activate the Load Remover.

If want to install it manually, you can do so by downloading it from the Resources page and adding a "Scriptable Auto Splitter" element in your LiveSplit layout (+ > Control > Scriptable Auto Splitter). Select the .asl file to load, then tick the box to enable the Load Remover when it appears.
