If I don’t have a timer like live split on will the run count?

If you are running on pc, the loadless timer is essentially required, your real time won't show up in the correct place. For consoles you dont need a timer on screen. Have some type of way to keep track of your time and make sure you are starting and ending it at the correct points as stated in the rules.
