Can I run on any version while doing base game? (Not necessarily down patching just can I play with Isle of bigsnax if im just doing base game.) Also I'm gonna hope that people actually still go on this form XDDDDDD

Also because they are technically completing the character missions am I allowed to do any% skips? (the 100% rules don't mention any% skips in any way)

there is a base game subcategory. you also need to complete every quest normally. without glitches.
