PCSX-ReARMed was the emulator I used. I believe it to be a playstation 1 emulator but if it is not I will happily update the information of the run. Also there may be room to add or cut milliseconds based on the beginning and ending of my timing but I do not have any software to really confirm how much time would be needed to be adjusted. Will happily work on that if it's needed! Can't believe I opened the save menu omg
