SlothLord is right, join the Discord server. If you can't (even though you have a Discord account) then watch some of the runs in the Glitches categories.
What account is old, and if you're referring to nitupsar:
- It isn't an old account, just the channel was deleted
- Just watch second or third place, you don't need to watch the first place run to learn how to do the pre-level skip
