Howdy, quick boards update in regards to the release of 1.9.
- updated boards to now have the 1.9 version when submitting runs
- runners may submit their 1.8.2 runs for 2 weeks
- after the two weeks we will archive version 1.8.2 and only allow 1.9 runs
