So, during a run I got kinda clipped into the floor during the tunnel section of Bathyos. Since it was during a run, I didn't want to delve deeper out of bounds (since I don't have the faintest idea if it was going to kill my run or not), so I wasn't able to explore much.
...which is really unfortunate, since I haven't been able to replicate it at all ever since. I still have it recorded, so I thought I'd share it here for anyone to give it a try (and/or share your experiences in case you've happened to come across it before):
There's another floor clip in Jo Ad 2 during the bike section. I remember Cyberdemon531 getting killing her run a while ago with it because you fall to your death. I don't think there is a video unfortunately. From what I'm seeing, it has to do with the up-incline of the floor.
I suppose it is worth noting that since this game is using Toy Story 2's engine, I should also make mention of a floor clip in Construction Yard near the pushable cinderblock near the wheelbarrow. If you double jump low enough near the ground, you will go through it. Unfortunately, Buzz in this game doesn't have a double jump which would probably mean you'd need to use the jetpack to emulate it. This could definitely lead to something. Nice find!
The good thing is that, since this is an underwater level in which you can float, if we managed to replicate this we could theoretically just float out of bounds and make a beeline to the end.
I'm not sure if this would be particularly useful for Any% since you'd miss out on GACs and the last alien given the place we'd be clipping out of, but for NG+ All Bosses this sounds pretty useful.

You kinda bump into the wall by wiggling the camera and using TAB and moving the Arrows and somewhy it goes through, it could be consistent but i haven’t managed to do it consistenly on first try always, i will update here if i find a consistent method!
