Just looking to organise with my discord a form of race on this game for some fun co op race, and I have the fun of looking to route or learn the route should i say to help people understand and get some practice in.

I just had a few questions, and it could lead to request for a new category but I would have runs already ready to submit once can decide on the best way to describe it.

I know the game uses a lot of quit out reload in this is considered an exploit correct? and then there is few OOB?

The above would fall under something like No major Glitches correct if was to exclude them.

The one that i was left unsure on leaving in was the the small skips of areas, using things like zane digi clone to reach higher areas? does that then fall under exploit like menu quitting. (looking for input) thinking out loud with this one, so any input welcome. The game looks great to run and just looking for something that could be viable to a few of the runners i know.

sorry for the late reply as this game is kinda dead sadly. the quit outs are there to skip dialouge and/or skip animations but the high number is a product of trying to keep the timing fair also they are needed to farm bosses. I personally wouldnt call quit outs a glitch/exploit but u can midigate that if u use real time but that will give people who are on better pc's/ better consoles an advantage. there are some issues where the quest progression will break where a quit out will fix it. on the scale of exploits i would put quit outs at the bottom followed by weird clone placements then oobs. in the end we probably wont add another category to this game because of low interest overall. i personllay would love to have a "current hotfix" category so that casually can see what can be done rn no weird time and hotfix shenanigans but i would do 1 decent run and maybe one other person would do a run and thats it. in general just make a ruleset and have fun.
