Simple timer overlay mod that displays
a) your current time
b) your total time
c) your best time for that level
This mod also shows your best time when hovering over a level button.
This mod is approved for speedrunning, and the timer overlay can be turned off by pressing "T", so there's no good reason not to just use it.
If you want to submit a run, use the GitHub release. The GameJolt release uses a different and more accurate timing method, so for obvious reasons it can't be used on the leaderboard. I recommend it for practice because you can get a more accurate best time.

An HTML5 port of Cary Huang's BFDIA 5b with features geared for speedrunners.

HTML5blazit

A mod of the original Flash game made by IzJay way back in early 2020. It has additional settings that resemble today's HTML5b, along with displaying additional position, speed, and boolean variables you may find useful. It's allowed for speedruns.

IzJay's Stats mod

LiveSplit (LS) is a timer app, made by CryZe107, and wooferzfg. It has an adjustable UI, allowing you to configure it to the way you like. LS is the most popular speedrun timer.

A link to download Nohboard, one of the easiest input displays to use. Additional proof is required for all untied level records and sub-12:00 full-game runs, and an input display is one way to do it.

(NOTE: The imaperson mod and all of its forks (including HTML5blazit) also have an input display feature, so you only need Nohboard if you don't want to use those mods.)
