I am asking because, on the Discord board, it lists in the enemy's health that pre-rain Sand Grievers have an health of 54:

So does that means they can actually be encountered pre-Green Rain? And if yes, how and where?
I'd ask on the discord myself, but Discord will simply not send me the verification number on my phone to allow me posting there.
Answering my own question (again), I have now found out how to stumble into pre-1rst green rain Sand Grievers. You can encounter them at the entrance of the Ice Belt before you get the fire-chip.
(man, it's really annoying that I can't simply go on Discord and ask those stuff, but if there was anyone other than me that wanted to know, now you know. You are welcome)
