if you re-time the start press like zarc's run (3 frames before the first fade frame) it's 1:16.933. if you re-time it like char's is (4 frames before the fade) it's 1:16.950 like hers. doing a quick test in an emulator, it seems like it's supposed to be 3 frames like zarc's. if that's the case, char got kinda screwed by the recording

but yeah this one's up to mod discretion .933 or .950! it's not a wr so nbd either way
