In the 4:20 reddit post, it says there are visual cues to see if you manipulated the speed values correctly. What are these cues? Thanks!

I've been wondering this too or even what non-obvious speed tech is going on since the original Reddit post explaining it got whacked by their mass deletion bs. I really doubt there's a difference of 7s+ between emulators.
