Not so different from any% rules. I'm considering the needed for a 100% save, so no achievements. It leaves space for a Full game category! The rules:

1. Time starts when you start the first race (this way you can make any% simultaneously)
2. Do not use codes to unlock characters or vehicles
3. Run ends whatever you got the last car (100% require)
