Thought i would also share this here rather then only in the discord, we decided to time the IL runs without any milliseconds (except for Challenge Belt runs that show Milliseconds), as it might be difficult to retime a run when the runner is looking away either from the controller at the beginning or the platform at the end of a level. This would require us to retime the run using sound cues possibly retiming the run wrong by a few frames.
Runs that show both the controller and the platform, will be retimed down to the exact frame and that time will be taken without milliseconds.
Runs that dont meet this condition will still be verified down to the frame but when the time would be a XX.9+ the next higher second will be taken as we would not be able to guarantee if it would be the Time that has been timed or the slower time (instead of 29.9XXsec -> 30sec).
So if you want to make sure that youre run gets timed correctly down to the frame, please make sure that the Controller is visible upon releasing Astro and that the platform at the end of a level is also visible when Astro steps on it.
Thanks for reading and understanding
