I think we should have times for each individual world as

1. Some may get motion sick and be unable to stay in vr for the full 1 - 4 hours and
2. It will just add more categories for people to run

Technically you could, but they could just do a segmented run instead of an RTA run. I personally run RTA. The times should stay separate.

Update: We can add categories for worlds, but we need to establish the rules before we can do that. Is it just clearing the 5 stages, or do you have to get a certain number of bots like the any% category?
