i feel like doing a NG+ speedrun on console, but i have no idea where to start

are there any resources or forums that detail the best combat methods in different scenarios?

should i record on-console or can i record it through a capture card? (im on mac, though this shouldn't affect recording)

should i live stream it and reupload the vod on youtube?

whats the most efficient way to traverse the map over long distances?

how would i time my run? both IGT and total time?

i know its a lot of questions, but if someone was willing to help me out, i'd really appreciate it.

I would recommend starting with the up to date any% tutorial. Its not made for console or for NG+, but it will give you some basic knowledge about the game and some of its techs. You should record with a capture card if you're on PS5, because the PS5 blocks some of the cutscenes while recording. You should also time your run on real time.

In terms of glitches the route for all difficulties and platforms is the same, only some encounters may differ for that you can watch a run, otherwise the tutorial in the guides section should be a good place to start. You should also read the rules, that should answer most of your questions. And for consoles in general it would be preferable to use a capture card however, it's fine to upload a stream we time around blocked scenes, which is also explained in the rules.
