How do you guys keep the mousewheel constantly rolling up or down for trophy duping, or dialogue skips?
It's a hardware feature of the mouse itself, yeah. Logitech G502 is the one most people lean towards, but there's several options these days.

This is a terrible and useless description. It has nothing to do with macros. It's simply a scroll wheel that doesn't have a stopper so it can naturally keep spinning (or in most cases, like with the G502, you can toggle the stopper).
