As far as I remember, you have to shoot at the door and spam back and forth, when you are stuck in the door, you need to duck down and shoot a flamethrower
So that was the problem for me, i can see a clicks and actions but cant repeat it without understanding.

Hello ! Since this is the door skip forum i think these clips should be here : (twitch highlight is only first 10 seconds)
The skip is quite simple: you need to get right up against the door, use a flamethrower or a flare gun; at some point, you will be nudged a few pixels toward the door - after that, simply crouch down and crawl forward.
After some testing it seems like it's tied to pressing the A button, and not necessarily actually shooting something. For example, you can still perform the skip with an empty Pulse Rifle.
In testing, I used an empty pulse rifle, and so long as I held down A as I wiggled into the door, it still worked.
But even after TAS editing, I still can't figure out why it works sometimes and not other times. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
