As of May 19th 2024, timing will now prioritize In-Game Time instead of Real Time.

This will allow more consistency with how official competitions work (if there are any more coming) like the recent community challenge for 1.3.0. This will also prevent any inconsistancy with loading between consoles and PCs, and make changing loadouts mid-run a less punishing strategy.

All runs who did not have a clear IGT time have been approximated, and showing the mission time at the end of each mission will become mandatory.

Timing rules for RTA does not change, however it will not be mandatory anymore. Feel free to provide it if you can, but it will probably still be timed by mods for the sake of information.

Edit : After further consideration, the version split will occur when there is a substancial change in the run, the map algorithm change did not affect the run nearly enough to warrant a split.

With the release of 1.2.0 and a new map algorithm, I've figured that there could be problems if all versions are regrouped together, as that would make some versions optimal for the best time with no way to downgrade versions without outside tools.

I am separating all main categories (Any% Skips will stay, although I do not know if that skip is possible on the new version) between 1.2.0+ and Release up to 1.1.2. Further separation might occur depending on what releases.
