Should we change the rules for level runs to make it so its not required to be max level or have max level gear on to do a level run. All we would do is just say it is highly recommended and this is to make it so if people do want to run the levels at lower levels or lower level gear they can if they want to everyone's thoughts are welcomed

Of course, using fully upgraded save file should be a suggestion rather than a requirement — some stages make no difference with a lower save, and there might even be levels where a lower save is faster.
