Ran on emulator psxfin 1.13.

I split a little early on the last mission because of my habit of spamming pause (to skip post-mission scene) and splitting at same time when hitting the last target in missions, even though its not needed in the last mission (lol)... So I added a bit to the final time, about 280ms.

More time (40+ sec) to save on Sledgehammer and Kingpin. Sub 20 min seems possible...?
