Also known as Off Beat Racer in Japan, this is one of the games marked "Non Working" in MAME that is actually still pretty playable. The timer runs a bit faster than stock, and there are a few places with artifacts, and the sound is messed up, but besides that its fully playable. A lot of fast reaction fun, I found the Normal Diesel car to be the most consistent, but I think the Hard is also really viable with more practice.
