The Flawed Pacifist ending is not substantially different enough from True Pacifist to warrant a category split. This might not sound justifiable if you haven't ran the game, but it is 100% the best decision. 99% of the run is identical with only a divergence at the end which basically amounts to a different cutscene. Flawed Pacifist is TECHNICALLY faster, but early on it was voted to keep True Pacifist as the only run. If we had a category split, it would be like having the same leaderboard twice as with no extra variance, you would just hope to match your PB in the other category, then just kill Ceroba last minute. It would add extra bloat and unnecessarily split up the leaderboards. Early Bag Genocide No Zenith Warp is a SUBSTANTIALLY different run from Early Bag Genocide, and it took about 10 months for it to finally get added to the boards officially.
You can still see Flawed Pacifist inside of an All Endings run, but not on the leaderboard by itself.
