I notice in the all All Dungeons rules that "OoB (Out of Bounds) are not allowed". What is considered out of bounds in this game?

Is clipping though walls using the bridge/ladder item in the maze considered out of bounds?

Is clipping through the walls from remote changes considered out of bounds?

Hello! First of all, sorry for the delay.

The main idea of "All Dungeons" is to keep the ladder clip to reach near rooms or enter some places early like the Mansion. It's some kind of "restricted" version of any% without losing the ladder clip and keep the fun and make it a longer category. So you can grab the ladder, go out of the yellow door and reach the Mansion without its key.

I started to explore the idea of reach other non-adjacent rooms with the ladder and tried to clip in diagonal. It worked but it's pretty inconsistent too as you lose the Dot from the screen and you don't know where you are if you fail. So Chemigoku and I thought it was good to prevent the category "All Dungeons" being so broken in a future if OoB is a real thing.

About clipping through walls with the remote changes: I stopped the glitch hunt on November because of some irl stuff that still keeps me away from speedruns, so I didn't explore more methods to clip/OoB. Could you post a clip of it to help us? We would love to watch it before saying "yes" or "no" without further knowledge.

No problem! It's almost the same behaviour as the bridge item from the final zone. You're just clipping through a wall to reach the contiguous room so that's fine.
