Hey all,

After some messages, consideration, and video evaluation, some rules are being adjusted for future submitted runs to accommodate for updates and such that may happen.

Video Submission Rules

• Video submissions are required for all runs
• Video submissions must show the titlescreen fully (mostly for seeing the version number)
• Video submissions must show a new save file being created

Timing Rules

• Time start: Run starts on clicking "New Beginnings" or after clicking "Ready" in the costume selection menu for Act 1 - Chapter 1.
• Time end: Time stops when the final blaster shot hits the Shadow King.
• 2P Runs Only: Runs must start with Co-op mode enabled. Runs will be rejected if starting without Co-op mode enabled.

The timing rules change is mostly to allow for costumes since it's a cool feature and because the timing is actually not different between either level start.

Older runs will remain unaffected.
