Another month, another update, it seems, but without significant content, just a host of multiplayer focused quality of life additions - and patches that significantly affect speedrun opportunities.

• Observatory Clip no longer appears possible - unless another out of bounds spot is discovered that allows early observatory entry, this and the 'no bypass' categories become identical. However in case something does get discovered, we suggest you submit any runs that enter normally but still use other glitches (where relevant) to the No Bypass category to prevent having to change things later.
• Item duplication no longer appears possible by current methods - being the main other glitch used, this means that without further discoveries, Glitchless becomes effectively the default category.
• Portable locker no longer carried through reprint - no longer able to use this exploit as part of unstuck abuse in glitchless runs.

On balance, due to the slow progression of fixes taking most glitches out of the game, even when it is nothing to impact the casual gameplay experience, we are promoting No Major Exploits to the default category when sorting and navigating, as we expect that to be the most stable speedrun experience.
