Been saving my first run to be the inbounds world record but I re-timed my last run and it turns out to be an exact 7 flat down to the millisecond. I will upload that once it's done exporting, but for now I have discovered some things I at least didn't see in the world record run. There is a way to fast hit the glass around one of the keys which will save a good 2 seconds, and you can slightly speed up removing the lava by aiming at just the right angle which saves around 1 second. Knowing about "fast glass" which is what I refer to it as, there is a possibility of "fast crystal" which would save quite a few seconds and should get the run down to sub 6:40, maybe even 6:3X territory. Problem is I have no idea how I did fast glass and I was only able to do it once. I'm gonna make a vid on my spedrunning journey and have planned to upload the video once I get world record, but we'll see.
