Hi there are no category rules listed. When does time start and end? Also, what does frame skip x1 or x2 mean? Thank you!

I second this, there needs to be some updates to the rules and the categories don't make sense.

Frame Skip and Turbo are 2 different things yet the 2x category has the runner using Turbo and not Frame Skip. From what I can see no one is using Frame Skip so who knows if its even banned?
