Hey speedrunning friends!
My name's Gino aka halfwaytillbliss, and I am just one of the team of mods here verifying your runs. Linked below is a spreadsheet I compiled for you to use as a resource, whether you are a new or returning runner:
Stellar Blade Speedrun Tech Compendium
This also serves to further define the rulesets, which to recap, are as follows:
- Any% (the category is its own ruleset): Anything goes.
- Restricted: No map deloading, no air swimming.
- Glitchless: No map deloading, no exploitative death warping or respawn manipulation, no air swimming, no utilization of invisible or broken geometry/collision, no fusion cell skips or duplication, no Adam & Lily glitch.
Moving forward, once I get some clips of tech specific to other categories like True Ending or All Bosses, I'll likely create separate tabs at the bottom. That way, if someone is interested in skips pertinent to just the Main Bosses category, they could click into Main Bosses, and then boss skips or Eidos 9 skips wouldn't show up, for example.
I will update this spreadsheet as new patches release to indicate if something is still doable or not. Hopefully, this can help runners who are hesitant to update their games; with the help of the community, we should be able to test everything within a couple days and update the Notes column.
In case I'm ever slow to add new skips, remember that you can check out the Stellar Blade Speedrun Discord server to see what our community's tech-finding talent is up to. There, you can keep up with the most recent discoveries.
Thanks for playing!

Had I played a role in shaping things back then, maybe I would've made an effort to call for a simplification of the difficulty layout, which is what I decided
