How to perform all glitches

Double jump: pressing the jump button twice quickly allows you to jump much higher
Coyote jump: allows you to jump in the air after walking off a platform (THIS IS NOT CONSIDERED A GLITCH)
Ceiling jump: touching the ceiling allows you to perform another coyote jump, making certain routes (such as bonking your head in level 1) not allowed
please check the rules about glitches
we have had to move a lot of runs around as they were incorrectly verified as glitchless. the most common glitch used in these runs is the route in level 1 where you bonk the ceiling to be able to jump again. if you submit a run with this as glitchless it will be rejected. sorry for the inconvenienc
