want to get back into speedrunning this game but i don't know what counts as a glitch

just asking so i don't upload a run in the wrong category.

So the glitch is basically double jumping by pressing the arrow up key twice super fast

does this count as cheating to use a sayodevice?

i use it to double jump easier

you are not allowed to bind the up arrow to two or more input devices

im not binding two keys to up

key 1 is left, key 2 is up, and key 3 is right

another glitch that should be disallowed is being able to jump after hitting your head on the ceiling, but val0 has been verifying runs with that as glitchless so i'm not sure

so can i use the sayo or no

if it only has one up input then yes

For some reason I can't get the double jump, is there any setting I need to have active on my keyboard or anything that could help at all? btw love the username @goldenrod W pokemon reference
