The good:

• Relatively fast glimmers at the start
• Fast Queen and Lizardladies segments
• Quick Shadow Shot glimmer and Big Puppet Skip on Bokhohn
• Falling Phoenix Glimmer on Dantarg
• Very fast Kzinssie 3, Subier and Hydra
• 1st try final fights

The bad:

• Lost 1 minute to early game not being amazing, but it was still really good (25:18 Vicar)
• Lost 50 seconds to getting the wrong emperor twice in a row after Vicar
• Lost 20 seconds to not getting best desert pattern
• Lost ~20 seconds to slow grind / Late Plasma Thrust on the grind before Bokhohn
• Lost 20 seconds to not hitting damage range on Noel, then another 5-10 for the same happening on Rocbouquet
• Lost 30 seconds to the final grind
• Lost 10 seconds to Insect Queen

Overall a great run despite all those timelosses as getting out of early game with a decent pace already requires a good amount of luck and beating the Seven Heroes at the very end only has a roughly 25% success rate. Very happy to leave the category with this.
