Video proof of some sort, if i just show my 100m pb i did 3-4 years ago, but not the run itself. Is it going to be verified?

Has to be full video proof of the run:start to finish. Even if its a timed IL run. I would recommend doing a twitch stream that could be of all your attempts or if you have a capture card, I would just try to record. We could make an exception later but for right now, it is a requirement to have full video proof.
