Sorry for sudden and random update
1 month after last leaderboard update which removed the GLITCHLESS subcategory for version 0.2.x; we have decided to already bring it back after a major glitch was found which put the subject back to the table.
If speedsliding "could" arguably be enough to consider having a glitchless subcategory, the glitch used in this TUTORIAL RUN definitely made up our mind on this decision.

GLITCHLESS is back, with updated rules as the main subcategory!

Which means it's time for the leaderboard to update aswell
- Major Version Subcategory / Leaderboard Split:
With all the changes that occured, we came to the conclusion that a "soft-reset" was required on the leaderboard. All runs verified before today are still on the leaderboard but separated from the ones that will be uploaded on version 0.2.0. For those wondering, yes, you will still be able to play on previous version and submit your times, although, the main subcategory will be v0.2.0. Same for CatEx leaderboard.
- Downpatching / Downgrading:
Thanks to Downpatching you'll be able to play on pre 0.2.0 versions of R.E.P.O. Full tutorial made by RealMim here: https://www.speedrun.com/REPO/guides/shc2o. And of course downpatching is allowed on the leaderboard.
- About Glitchless:
For the moment, there's no valid reason to keep Glitchless subcategory as all the glitches that made its purpose are now patched, that's why it'll not be on the latest version for the time being. There will probably be a poll on the discord server to gather everyone's opinion on if yes or no we should bring it back.
- Small Modification:
The setup of the categories have been changed from this:

The reason for this is that; to be honest, the 1 LEVEL category is not the most interesting/skilled one. That's why we've decided to make the 10 LEVELS category the default.

It is finally time for the long awaited R.E.P.O. leaderboard update!
There's A LOT of new stuff to talk about!
- New Category:
A lot of people on the discord community were asking for higher level categories on the leaderboard, so here's the new category; 20 LEVELS! Same rules as the other ones but now, you'll be able to compete for being the fastest to complete 20 levels!
- New Rule:
From now on, Shopscumming, save reloading in order to have better shop rng, is now banned from the leaderboard.
- New Subcategory:
The leaderboard is now splitted in two subcategories; Glitchless & Any%.
In Glitchless; Infinite Ammo, Free Health & Free Items are not allowed. All of them are allowed in Any%.
Runs belonging to the other sub were manually spotted and transfered to the right subcategory by dabestchicken & myself.
- New Leaderboard:
A new leaderboard just opened! The Category Extensions will be home for "fun" categories that didn't belong to the main board.

HEY EVERYONE!
Vaqquixx8 just created an Auto Splitter, which introduces this new rule:
LiveSplit and the Auto Splitter are both required and will need to be entirely visible and unobstructed for the whole duration of the video proof. Only applies to the host in case of co-op runs.
This new rule is absolutely mandatory, so please, don't forget to set LiveSplit & the ASL and also, to show it on your recording.
All you have to do is start LiveSplit (https://livesplit.org/), right click > "Edit Splits" and search for "R.E.P.O". The autosplitter should be automatically loaded! Then, you just have to Activate it and configure it as you like.
