What are demos and why do I need them to submit my run?

The linked discord is the best place to ask questions like these, linked in the top bar of the game page. Demos are just a recording from the game that are viewable in game and are required for proof as they are the most accurate form of evidence. Demos can be recorded by using "demo_autorecord 1" (no quotes) and then "record <demoname>" (no quotes, choose a name for the demo) before the run.
