Hey everyone!

I am excited to announce that the Overlooting October Speedrun Competition will begin on OCTOBER 1ST. This is a community-driven event with the approval of the developer, though please note there is no direct involvement from them. The prizes will be delivered via Paypal! Submission Window: Oct 1st - Oct 30th, Due by Midnight EST

Prize Pool:

Corruption 5 (C5):

• 1st Place: $100
• 2nd Place: $20
• 3rd Place: $10

Corruption 0 (C0):

• 1st Place: $20

Rules:

• Runs must be continuous from start to finish**.**
• Submit with clear video proof (full run, uncut, with in-game audio).
• Real Time will be used for rankings, starting the first frame "Outer Forest" text disappears and ending the first frame boss health at the bottom of the screen fully disappears.
• Don't wait until the end of the competition to submit your strongest run.
• No cheats or assists!
• Follow all game/category rules. Respect the decision of the moderator(s), particularly regarding bugs found in game.

Submission and Evaluation: After the event ends at Midnight EST on October 30th, the submissions will be evaluated, and the winners will be contacted on the 1st of November. Prizes will be sent via Paypal within 2 days of contact. If there is an issue with sending money via paypal, alternatively a steam gift card can be sent.
