i am asking because new updated make the game so unoptimal that people are submitting in game times of 7:30 with a 9:30 real time

i tried it myself and had a 30s difference between my IGT and RTA, should a 20% margin be tolerated? that's what i would recommend, since excessive lag is a clear advantage, especially in relaxed

tho admittedly this game is quite slow paced and badly optimized so i dont think that 20% lag makes it too uncompetitive

Yes lets then time it RTA to make sure there was no lag advantage, i know exactly what you mean. Also can mods add other regions too, such as Falkland Islands,i got a really good game time there

I'll add it to the rules but I dont think this is really needed, also added some new maps
