Would it be permissable to run the game on a modded backwards compatible PS3 with the ISO loaded on internal storage or would I need to obtain a disc to have runs approved?

discussed it and as long as the load times are the same as the disc then this would be fine. I also separated emulator and console since load times will most likely differ
