So yeah sub 7 Any% No Level Skip is entirely possible. I compiled all my best IL runs into one full-game run without level transitions. The final time was 6:42.26. Without level transitions it's 6:21.366. Here's the video:

I once tried just grabbing the .swf files from Flashpoint, but they only work in that environment. So, Flashpoint is your best bet if you want to play the flash versions.
