Hello, im confused as to what exactly the ruleset is here in this category?

in the any% glitchless run in the original (or not enhanced) there are no hungerskips allowed right? But the record holder in his vod, performs hunger skips, but no other form of skips..

like the drop down at the wall instead of the elevator in prison or the one with the janitor where you juke him out as he wants to grab you.

So how come?
