Updates to the board:

• Added Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya (Barcelona) to the level board.
• Added the following layouts for Circuit Paul Ricard (Paul Ricard): Paul Ricard - 1A | Paul Ricard - 1A-V2 | Paul Ricard - 1A-V2 Short | Paul Ricard - 3A
• Added the following layouts for Silverstone Circuit (Silverstone): Silverstone - International | Silverstone - National
• Added an annotation towards the Silverstone Circuit full layout, as WEC races now use the Grand Prix Pits. In case a run was made before this change, and for GT3 running primarily as they race in both WEC and ELMS, you can choose between the Classic Pits (ELMS) and The Wing (WEC) start lines. It should not influence times given the layout stays the same, but should we see a difference in laptime we will address it with a new level for it.
• Added the following LMP3 cars to the annotation roster: Duqueine D09
• Added the following Hypercar cars to the annotation roster: Genesis GMR-001
