you could forever take the spot for the oldest game on this website.
It would be great. There are many books of the Bible that would work as quicker sub-categories. I would suggest using the KJV because of the challenge from older wording, and place as a kind of "standard".
well they prob wouldn't add this as people follow different religions and don't own one or aren't allowed to read one
That sounds like an unqualified reason, its the most popular book in the world. You can add other books too, that wouldn't be an issue.
to make things fair you can also add the quran and the book of mormon
If you run it, I'll match it (we should have 2 runs to make a leaderboard).
We'll do 1 sub-category per book, which means some pretty long ones (Psalms, Jeremiah). And since there's long ones anyway, I suggest combining these: 1-2Sa, 1-2Ki, 1-2Ch, 1-2Ez, 12 Minor Prophets, 1-2Co, etc... for a total of 45 parts.
I'll run this one FUNgineer. The first complete English Bible licensed/authorized for the Church of England. https://archive.org/details/matthews-bible-the-thomas-matthew-bible-of-1537
You can get very nice hardcopy reprints of this exact one, too. https://christianbook.com/matthews-bible-1537-edition-hardcover/9781598563498/pd/563498
