This update happened about a month ago, and this was the changelog:

• Huge 800m+ level has been added with nearly 1h+ of gameplay,
• 1 New Badge,
• 4 New Collectibles,
• Revamped 4 badge icons,
• Fixed small building/gameplay errors

The changelog mentions “Fixed small building/gameplay errors,” which has led to some minor but important changes to the map in the speedrun area. It also appears that there have been some other changes to the map in the past. These changes have invalidated some strategies that were previously very strong in speedruns, so to be fair, old runs published before 2025-05-21 will receive a 10-second increase. If you want to defend your position in the ranking, you will have to upload updated runs with the current map!
