SEPERATING 60 FPS RUNS AND LOWER FPS RUNS???
The meta for the fastest times right now involves using rivatuner to limit FPS to 45 or even 30 FPS to make top grab skips easier and better by them giving you more height. So I think there should be 2 seperate glitchless categories with 1 capped at 60 FPS and one that allows lower frame rates on the top grab skips. Thoughts???

In my opinion requiring external software to be competitive is almost never a good thing for a games main category.
