I do believe they should be allowed, I don't believe there is any mechanical/lucky advantage to them? if there any crazy advantage finding one in a run would add?
I think they should be allowed as long as we don't find out that they can add a ton more stars, if they are better for money I don't think that will have a massive impact run to run. If we find out they give like 3k then maybe we can discuss categories including them/baring them. Currently without super strong evidence I don't think it would be a big deal to include them. Obviously subject to change if we find out something wild about them.
Since new birds have been added to woodlands, blossom, and fall, those runs have been moved to legacy. Other biomes with new birds did not have runs to reset. Patch notes are included below:
