usually the flings happen when the car is jittering quickly (due to being on an angle or something). you jump on the hood (or 'e' twice to enter/exit) and then spam 'c' to call the car under you // prop-fly

@ 1:54 you call the car around that specific spot to set up the jitter. not as familiar with the second one
