So I found this thing called rainbow lamp, and I can't really figure out what it does exactly, the wiki page is a little confusing and the in-game description doesn't help much, can someone explain?

If you equip it, it gives you +3 speed, but if you hold it in your hand for more than 15 seconds will break it, so just re-equip it to reset the timer
